“Blessed” with an insatiable curiosity about how things are made, I have always kept my hands busy. I have been using a sewing machine since I was 5 so it seemed only natural to have tried anything related to fiber manipulation. Earliest was crochet, then knitting, tatting and embroidery until I found my first passion, Bobbin lace.
Along the way, I designed and made a variety of clothing for people under my personal label, Nicole. But the culmination of my life experiences has led me to the creation of miniature beings. I love bringing a character to life from bits of fabric, clay, beads and found stuff.
